Audit, tax and advisory firm KPMG LLP Wednesday announced that it has named financial services technology veteran Harry Moseley as its new CIO. He succeeds the retiring Richard Anderson.
"Moseley will work closely with KPMG's Management Committee and business leaders on all aspects of the firm's technology platform and capabilities, including internal support and client-facing technology service offerings. He will lead the firm's information technology services group and work to maximize existing and future technology investments," according to the company.
Moseley, a 30-year veteran in technology, most recently was CIO of The Blackstone Group, a global investment and advisory firm. Past jobs have been at Credit Suisse First Boston, Union Bank of Switzerland and software maker Mantas.
KPMG LLP operates from 87 offices with more than 23,000 employees and partners throughout the U.S.
