The company rolls out Eco Office Evaluator and Carbon Calculator Demo to ease customers toward taking their three-point approach to greener enterprise document management. By F Y Teng

SINGAPORE, SEPTEMBER 2, 2009—Global maker of office, publishing, imaging, printing and document management equipment, software and services, Fuji Xerox launched on Wednesday, September 2, 2009, The Eco Solution programme, which sets out to, in the words of a press release put out by the company, "empower businesses to reduce cost, improve productivity, strengthen security and save the ecosphere in one seamless and efficient workflow."

The Fuji Xerox Eco Solution programme is a fluid packaging of solution sets aimed at greening enterprise setups by adopting three strategies, which the company's executives have labelled as: Optimisation of Output; Optimisation of IT Devices and Document Management; and, Optimisation of Print-On-Demand.

"The Fuji Xerox Eco Solution is all part of our effort to make sustainability succeed in the real-world context of your business," said deputy senior general manager, Marketing, Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific, Koji Tezuka. "By implementing these simple eco-activities you can realise significant breakthroughs."
