What are nanomaterials?

In nanotechnology, a particle is defined as a small object that behaves as a whole in terms of its transport and properties. It is further classified according to size: fine particles are between 100-2500 nm in diameter, while ultra-fine particles are between 1-100 nm in diameter. Similar to ultrafine particles, nanoparticles range in size from 1 to 100 nanometers, although size limits can be limited to a two-dimensional range. Nanoparticles may or may not exhibit size-dependent properties that differ significantly from those observed in fine particles or bulk materials.

Mis-asia is committed to technology development, applications of nanotechnology, and new material industries, with professional experience in nano-technology research and development and the application of materials.  If you need any information about the nano materials or if you are looking for them, please feel free to contact us.

Machining of Nitinol

What is Nitinol?Joining Nitinol with dissimilar metals is significantly more challenging. Welding Nitinol to stainless steel is especially difficult due to the formation of brittle intermetallic compounds, TiFe and TiFe2. Using a Ta interlayer, Nitin...…

Naturally ferrimagnetic magnetite Fe3O4

What is Fe3O4?Exceptional magnetic properties of magnetite, Fe3O4, and nanoparticles make them one of the most intensively studied inorganic nanomaterials for biomedical applications. We report successful gram-scale syntheses of colloidal Fe3O4 nanop...…

Melting of Nitinol

What is Nitinol? As Nitinol emerges to find more and more applications in medical devices and commercial and industrial markets, understanding the effects of material processing becomes increasingly important. More so than other materials, the propert...…

Composite material aluminum boron is characterized by a combination of high strength

What is Aluminum Boride?Aluminum boride is an ionic compound with a hexagonal crystal structure. Aluminum boride will be transformed into a superconductor at an absolute temperature of slightly 40K (equivalent to -233 ℃). And its actual operating tem...…

How do you disperse Fe3O4

What is Fe3O4?Fe3O4 nanoparticles have unique properties, including magnetic properties, large surface area, and low toxicity. Natural iron sand is a natural resource that has iron oxide compounds. Then, we will highlight the use of Fe3O4-based NPs i...…

The chemical structure of iron oxide is based on a cubic inverse single group structure

What is Fe3O4?Iron oxide (Fe3O4) powder is the pure powder form of the corresponding nanocrystals without solvents. However, the well-passivated surface with organic ligands prevents the nanoparticles from aggregating. The magnetic iron oxide nanocry...…
