“The most important measure of efficiency is definitely at the end-user — in terms of availability and response time,” Tobin Alexander spoke of his perspective towards the need to monitor end-users’ usage of their SAP applications. “Education is very important, but it’s more than that. It’s about putting the end-user at the very front of our considerations,” concluded Alexander who is the managing director, Asia Pacific, Japan at Knoa Software.
The lively two-hour discussion saw delegates comparing notes on how they managed the challenges of keeping users well-trained in their SAP applications despite a high turnover of personnel. Attendees were also convinced on the importance of monitoring and measuring user experience and usage of their SAP systems.
