We are the first--and arguably--the only bank which gives consumers the option to start banking from their mobile devices within 10 minutes. This means they can open an account and instantly get an account number and a customer relationship number within 10 minutes. In the same session, they can even fund the account.
Do you think IT needs to be more customer-centric?
As Gandhi said, we need to be the change we want to see. I would rather that my colleagues and I were more IT-savvy.
