Huawei Nova9 will be released globally

Huawei said on Oct. 21 that the Nova 9 phone will be launched globally, less than a month after it was announced for the Chinese market. Huawei described the Nova 9 as a "flagship smartphone for the younger generation", compared to its Mate series (high-tech and high-end) and P series (photography) series. Huawei says the phone will go on sale on November 2.
Huawei also announced the global launch of the P50, the flagship phone it announced in July for the domestic Chinese market. The P50 will be released outside China in 2022, about two years after the launch of its predecessor, the P40, the company said.
Due to Huawei's continued presence on the US entity list, Nova 9 will once again not use Google apps or services, including the Google Play Store, which will severely limit its appeal outside of China. Instead, it runs Huawei's Harmony operating system software, which has many similarities to the open-source version of Android, except that Huawei's apps, services and app store have replaced Google's version.
The P50 could suffer the same fate.
The Nova 9 is powered by a Snapdragon 778G chip rather than Huawei's own Kirin chip due to production problems at the company. At the back, there are four cameras: a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel extra-wide camera, a 2-megapixel depth camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
Meanwhile, on the front, you'll find a 32-megapixel selfie camera in the perforated groove of its 1080p, 120Hz 6.57-inch curved OLED display. Its 4,300mah battery can be quickly charged at 66W, and Huawei says it can be fully charged in 38 minutes. There is no mention of 5G.
