ASEAN businesses are using analytics for decision-making: Accenture

Common uses of analytics in the region include evaluating new market entry, developing new products and services, and improving enterprise wide performance.

Titled "Analytics in Action: Breakthroughs and barriers on the journey to business outcomes in Southeast Asia", the research surveyed 1,000 executives from organisations with more than 1,000 employees in the U.S, U.K. and ASEAN. For ASEAN, 400 interviews were conducted in companies based in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines and Thailand.
