Legal practice software firm Thomson Reuters Elite has brought in a new software testing firm to support customers buying systems from its software integrators.
SQS Software Quality Systems will help the clients of 3E, Enterprise and Envision "enhance the quality of their software and IT systems while reducing testing costs", said Thomson Reuters Elite.
SQS' legal testing teams will offer Thomson Reuters Elite clients quality assurance and testing services for regular service patching, "business as usual changes" and projects.
Stephen Fice, managing director for SQS in the UK, said: "Our services minimise downtime and ensure high levels of software quality when clients customise, deploy and integrate Elite solutions."
Cary Burch, president of Elite, said: "SQS testing and quality experts work with 3E, Enterprise and Envision clients to improve performance through standardised approaches to testing. As well as providing pragmatic recommendations for testing improvements, SQS also helps clients simplify repetitive testing by automating manual processes."
