SHENZHEN, CHINA, 21 SEPTEMBER 2010 - Anacle Systems has landed a US$3.6 million contract by the National Environment Agency (NEA) of Singapore.
Anacle Systems is a provider of innovative software and hardware solutions for the energy management and asset industries. Under the terms of this contract, Anacle is to implement its Anacle CPM property management software to boost productivity and streamline business processes involved in the management of 114 hawker centres across Singapore.

Anacle CPM is the company's top-of-the-line management information solution and is aimed at the commercial real estate industry. This software solution captures data and helps manage processes across the key building maintenance, financial and leasing aspects involved in property operations.
This solution allows for a full range of vital information to be consolidated for users in real time, and it can assist in critical decision making in the areas of divestment, continual asset improvement and real estate financing by enabling forecasting and accurate analysis of property portfolio performance.
Anacle will implement Anacle CPM to support the National Environment Agency as regards to overall system implementation and maintenance services for the Hawker Management System.
Specific services covered are lease application and management for stalls; hygiene inspection and enforcement; budget monitoring and management and financial reporting in real time; facility management; and rent collection. The contract awarded by the NEA to Anacle for this purpose is the largest awarded by NEA to any provider to date.
