And all that we are witnessing now is just the beginning. As the social media landscape continues to evolve, new technologies, tools, and business frameworks will continue to emerge. Social media has clearly disrupted our traditional modes of doing business but it is clear that companies that embrace it will be positioned to have a much greater influence on the dialogue with consumers.
