What is Nickel Copper

Nickel-Copper (Ni-Cu) alloys exhibit simultaneously high strength and toughness, excellent corrosion resistance, and may show good wear resistance. The Ni-Cu system forms the basis for the Monel alloy family. Monel was discovered by Robert Crooks Stanley who was employed by the International Nickel Company (INCO) in 1901. The new alloy was named in honour of the company president, Ambrose Monell. Ni and Cu exhibit very similar atomic characteristics. They both have face centred cubic (fcc) cryst

Spherical Quartz Powder – Preparation Methods |

Quartz powder in spheres This powder has outstanding properties, such as a large specific area and smooth surface. It also exhibits high levels of hardness. It is very fluid, and can be mixed evenly with resin to make a film. Although the amount of resin used is minimal, it is sufficient to fill in quartz powder. A higher amount of quartz powder is used to fill the mold compound, which results in a lower thermal conductivity. Also, it has a smaller thermal expansion coefficient. A better perfo
