Some M1 mobile customers experienced intermittent connectivity to their 3G mobile network this morning (16 October 2013).
The disruption happened at 6.15am, after a scheduled network upgrade to its radio network controller. Areas affected by the service outage include Ang Mo Kio, Yishun, and Woodlands.
According to M1, full network service resumed by 9.15am.
This incident comes just weeks after the telco was fined S$1.5 million (US$1.2 million) for a three-day outage in January this year which affected around 250,000 M1 users.
