Bank of Bhutan recently announced that it has selected Tata Consultancy Services' (TCS) BaNCS core banking solution to power its future banking services.
Bank of Bhutan is a commercial bank in the Kingdom of Bhutan with a network of 46 branches, 62 ATMs, a mobile banking solution and a dedicated contact centre.
To support its growth, the bank decided to replace its existing Oracle FLEXCUBE CBS platform with TCS BaNCS's core banking solution. The new banking solution is expected to help lower the bank's total cost of ownership and improve its operational efficiency.
