What about third umpire technology for soccer?

Ross O. Storey | July 6, 2010
England fans scream for reform after 4-1 drubbing by Germany.

Given the passion of soccer supporters, it would be likely that such a vote would be split along club supporter lines anyway. But dumb decisions like the one in the Germany England game can only push us towards more IT in sport.

What do you think? Is this a good or bad thing?

North Koreas humiliation

Technology aside, I hate to think what will happen to North Koreas soccer team after they delivered their dear leader a four nil humiliation. Does anyone know if the so-called  Democratic Peoples Republic of North Korea has salt mines? If so, and you want to send the team a commisseration card, this would be a good address to use.
