Preparation method and technology of aqueous dispersion of calcium stearate

Add 33.63kg water, 55g sodium tripolyphosphospic acid, 40g urea, 750g fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 370g twan-80, and 40g polydimethylsiloxane defoaming agent into the reaction kettle, and stir at the mechanical stirring speed of 1000r/min until the emulsifier is wholly dispersed and uniform, then stop going, and add 15kg calcium stearate powder. Then the stirring speed was 10000r/min until the calcium stearate powder was moistened. The moving rate was reduced, and the stirring speed was 5000r/min for 30min. Then 50g polydimethylsiloxane defoaming agent and 65g isothiazolinone preservative were added. The aqueous dispersion of calcium stearate with a viscosity of 120mPa·S, an average particle size of 5μm, and a solid content of 30wt% was obtained through a 1000 mesh ultrasonic vibrating screen.
