Polyethylene-polypropylene glycol

Polyethylene-polypropylene glycol is a colorless transparent liquid to white paste to white solid and degradable non-ionic surfactant.

About Polyethylene-polypropylene glycol:

Polyethylene-polypropylene glycol is usually of the following types: molecular weight 950 (No. 3), 1200 (No. 4), 1450 (No. 5), 1750 (No. 6), 2050 (No. 7), 2250 (No. 8), 2750 (No. 9), 3250 (No. 10). The molecular weight ratio of hydrophilic agglomerated Ethylene Oxide is usually between 10% and 80%. The molecular mass of the product determines whether it is liquid (L), a semi-solid (P), or a sheet (F). L61, for example, means: The molecular mass of polyoxypropylene groups is 1750. Polyoxyethylene makes up 10% of the molecule. And the product is liquid.

Product Performance

Polyethylene-polypropylene glycol:

As a low-foam detergent or defoamer. F68, L64 and L61 are used to prepare high-foam detergents. The wetting agent polyether can be used to dye fabrics, develop photographs and electroplate them. Polyether has been used as a dispersant for emulsion coating, and F68 as an emulsifier for vinyl acetate-emulsion polymerization. L62 and L64 may be used for agricultural preparations and as coolants or lubricants in metal grinding and cutting.

The polyether can be used to de-muzzle crude oil. Both L64 and the F68 can prevent hard scale from forming in oil pipes and are also used for secondary oil extraction. F68 improves the quality of coated papers when used with polyether.

Applications

Polyethylene-polypropylene glycol:

It is widely used as a household detergent, in industrial cleaning and electronic industries.

In the metal processing industry, it is widely used as a coolant or lubricant.

Used as a cleaning agent in many fields, including tableware, beverage and food bottles, and others.

Specially designed for machine cleaning. Easy to rinse, low residue.

Personal care products use it as an emulsifier.

Use as a demulsifier in crude oils and other industries.

Used as a dispersant in the dye, pigment and other fields.

It is used as an antistatic agent and protective agent for textile, chemical fiber, and other fields.

For example, it can also be used as an agent to protect the wool.

Used in the paper manufacturing industry as a foaming agent.

Used in the rubber and resin industry as a lubricant.

In the pesticides industry, it’s used as an “emulsifier”.

As a wetting agents, it is widely applied in the fields of electroplating as well as textile, chemical fibre and other areas.

It is used as a defoamer.

As pharmaceutical aids.
