2. Self-aligning ball bearings

Self-aligning ball bearings: Bearings equipped with drum rollers between the inner ring of the two raceways and the outer ring with spherical raceways. The center of curvature of the raceway surface of the outer ring is consistent with the center of the bearing, so it has the same self-aligning function as the self-aligning ball bearing. When the shaft and casing deflect, it can be adjusted automatically without increasing the bearing burden. Spherical roller bearings can withstand radial loads and axial loads in two directions. Self-aligning ball bearings have a large radial load capacity and are suitable for heavy loads and impact loads. The inner diameter of the inner ring is a tapered bore bearing, which can be installed directly. Or use an adapter sleeve and dismounting cylinder to fit on the cylindrical shaft. The cage is made of steel stamping cage and polyamide. Self-aligning ball bearings are suitable for bearing heavy and shock loads, precision instruments, low-noise motors, automobiles, motorcycles, metallurgy, rolling mills, mining, petroleum, papermaking, cement, and press Sugar and other industries and general machinery.

3. Deep groove ball bearings

Working principle: Deep groove ball bearings mainly bear radial load, and can also carry radial load and axial load at the same time. When it only takes the radial load, the contact angle is zero. When the deep groove ball bearing has an ample radial clearance, it has the performance of an angular contact bearing and can withstand a large axial load. The friction coefficient of the deep groove ball bearing is minimal, and the limit speed is also very high.
