Merge all the water layers, add 15ml of ether to wash, discard the ether layer, the water layer in the water bath to remove the ether, cool, move to 50ml measuring bottle, dilute with water to the scale, shake well, as the test solution, the test solution such as color, and yellow No. 1 standard colorimetric solution (general 0901 first method) compared, not deeper. Clarification and color of fatty acid solution: Take 0.5g of residue obtained under the color of the solution, add 10 trichloromethane to dissolve, and check according to law (general rules 0901 and 0902), the solution should be clear and colorless. The intake layer is acidified with dilute sulfuric acid, and 1 drop of 0.1% copper sulfate solution and several drops of mercuric ammonium thiocyanate test solution are added to produce a purple precipitate. The oil layer under identification (1) is washed with boiling water until the lotion does not show a sulfate reaction. The oil layer is collected in a small beaker, cooled, the water layer is discarded, heated to melt the oil layer, filtered while hot, and dried at 105°C for 20 minutes. According to the law to determine the freezing point (general rule 0613), it should not be less than 54°C.
