How does aluminum powder get made?

1. Melt extrusion method

This involves heating and extruding the other components (resins, etc.). Use a screw extruder to mix the powder coating with metallic pigment. While metallic pigments as well as powder coatings are possible to be combined, it’s not feasible to choose metallic pigments that melt in high viscosity. 2. Dry blending
