FMEE Fatty Methyl Ester Ethoxylates is a molecular formula that has Ester, which is similar to wax and oil structure. There are three ways to produce FMEE Fat Methyl Ester Ethoxylates.

First, fatty acid is ethoxylated in order to get polyoxyethylene ether. Next, methanol is esterified to get. The second step is methanol polyether ethoxylation, followed by esterification with fatty acids. Two-step processes, high cost and low active matter are the main drawbacks of these two routes. The third process involves the addition of fatty acids methyl esters to ethylene dioxide. The cost is low and the process is quick.
